I need to know from anyone who's done the conversion, what driveshaft did you use?
I think someone here did a manual conversion using the original driveshaft on their AU Wagon, but can't remember who... Since its going into the Fairlane, it won't be moving in and out of the gearbox.

Fairlane (2919mm) and wagon (2922mm) wheelbase is within 3 mm of each other so the wagon one would be a good fit
