Default Au 6 stacker no display after diconnecting battery

Hi all,
I disconnected the battery on my ute the other day, now the cd player screen has no lcd display so i cant put the security code in. If i disconnect the battery and reconnect it the cd player goes through its function test so there is obviously power going to it. I just dont get why the display show's nothing. It should be asking for the security code. Has anyone else come across this??

Are you sure the button isn't pressed in keeping it off?
