Default 82 Meteor options

Hey guys, I'm new to the ford scene, been holdens so far, picking up an 82 meteor next week, engine needs replacing, wondering what will fit, what people have done, what mods are available etc? Cheers

hey mate there is a complete driving meteor at the wreckers near me like an older persons car.

Just rebuilding this engine for now, thinking a ca18 or sr20 non turbo but didn't know how it'd go
