Advanced Search - none under 20 seconds?

Just wondering if anyone is able to tell me why the search function requires you to wait at least 20 seconds before conducting a new search?

I can't see any reason why this would cause a problem, but I'm sure there must be a reason.

Is a little annoying at times.

probably just to reduce the load on the server

Roger that. Thanks gents. Knew there had to be a reason, but none was obvious.

Not really my balliwick, but I wouldn't have thought that a search would create much load these days? I guess if there's a number of people all at once it might?

Anyway, no biggie, was just wondering.

Hi Craig

Given the current server specs should be capable of handling it I've halved the time (to 10 sec) and we'll see if that has any impact.
