I need to find a mechanic who could do a RWC check tomorrow in Maroochydore.
I'm flying down there in the morning and picking up a near new Ranger but need to get the check so I can hopefully drive it home. I know it will need a windscreen replacement so I also have to find that as well. Any help much appreciated. |

mechanics are usually booked a week or 2 in advance, so 24hrs notice isnt really gonna happen. Best bet would be a mobile RWC guy as they are usually very expensive, and would have more time on their hands

Thanks guys - I've lined up David Yates Automotive and Sunshine Coast Windscreens - they're about 3 doors from each other and are happy to work together!!!
Only took 40000 phone calls but... I'll let you know how I go. |

Well, long story short - didn't get the car.
The seller disappeared as the police are chasing him for fraud and other things apparently. Ended up trying to buy a new Ranger but none in stock so bought new dual cab Hilux diesel with lots of goodies. Must say I am pleasantly surprised with the Hilux - well finished, economical, comfortable and tons of grunt! |
