Hey guys just thought ad ask you guys for some help im lookibg at driveing from melb to pertg to pickup my desised mates car form perth now i have a tadom lined up and eveytging but theres a few issues that have me worryed witch comes down to the car we have deided to take witch happens to be me old au...
Now id like to know will the au be ok towing tadom accross and then back with a holden wagin on the back.. The cars mostly stock beideds the exhaust.. Will it tow ok with the spring setup in it witch is king low springs and monrore shocks And will the standed hamenreece tow bar be ok.... What speed sould i go at and what type of econamy sould i expect from it Much thanks for takeing the time to read this.. And sorry if something dose nit make sence as im useing a new phone

#1 throw new phone away and get 1 with spell check
Fair chance Holden wag behind the AU will be over weight but that being said BIG winds out there this time of year and fuel is over $2.00 per lt in places , unless your going for a holiday with a heap of time , I would truck it back providing it starts and runs $600 will get it back to Melb west side 3646 Ks from Dandenong @ 450ks 500ks a tank Max (less with trailer and car on it)@ $100 per tank = near on $700+ just for fuel one way - the value of the car your bringing back

yeah i know its but im attached to the thing as it was my best mates car..
i had it inline to be brought back on a truck but the issue is that someone whent and had some fun in it after he passed away and the gearbox needs looking at (could be clutch) so unless theres another way im gonna have to do the drive...

Its doable for sure just take ya time Miss,Ally and her dad just towed 5 tonne of crap back on a tandem behind his AU tonner took them a week but apart from a couple of tyres went relatively smooth
