Default Replacing the accessory drive belt and tensioner pulley

Gents . . .
I've recently noticed that the cam tensioner adjuster is leaking oil in my AUII 6 (non VCT), so have decided to fix it at home. I have a couple of questions:
1/ Which is the best brand of drive belt, and where
2/ Which are the best idler pullies to buy, I've seen them at around $23 in Super Cheap, but am suspicious of their quality.
3/ Simply removing and replacing the cam tensioner, to seal it from oil leaks, will that have any unintended affect on the actual tension applied to the cam?
Thanks

G'day 4ford,

1) Gates are pretty good brand of drive belt

2) go a metal instead of a plastic pulley but have not seen a plastic pulley disintergrate either.

3) have a look at this thread with some great how to's,
