Default puttin in the stage 3 cam and stallie

well jayson from fordmods got back to me and he's organising a time for the install on the stage 3 cam,springs and high stall.....ive heard good things about this package, its been compared to the DEV5...would anyone know on a more first hand basis of how good it is? anyone know how many rwkw it would give me?

My car was dynoed at 126rwkw and I have the stage 3 cam your talking about. ;)

I reckon this cam with a hi stalled auto would be a weapon with the right ratio LSD. Would launch like the Apollo's.

That stage 3 Alted cam sounds like an absolute monster. What sort of RPM range does it operate in? What RPM does the converter stall at?

Very interested to hear how it goes...good luck

Hornet, are you talking about the stge 3 Alted cam? What other mods are on your car?

No, HORNET's car was 126rwkw BEFORE the cam.

well im waiting to hear back for a time to fit and a final price so i wont say nething yet cuz i could be completely wrong. I said to jays that JMM do 3000 stallies for $1000 fitted, and the cam i think was $300? or sumthing, so i hope he can do the stallie for the same price as JMM or better and the cam fitted maybe $500-600 i duno....
ill keep you guys posted....

see i havnt even put extractors or high flo cat on it yet, just Lukey 2 1/2 from cat back, sounds good too....real good, im curious to what the extractors will make to the exhaust note, but REAL curious to see it with stage 3 and stallie :>

if your going for a big cam, drop your diff ratio to ATLEAST 3.45:1 preferably 4.1/3.9 if auto or 3.9/3.73 for manual

yeh thats a good idea man, i might look at gettin a LSD but wat are they worth? diffs i wouldnt have a clue on price ive never really looked into it...

what diff do you have currently. To swap to 3.9:1 + LSD put asside $1100

yeh walkie i just got the standard single spinner unfortunately, is that $1100 including fitting or just the diff, do u have to change tailshaft and other ИИИИ as well or just diff?
