With all those mod restrictions I'm guessing that engine is now stock standard.

Hi guys this is the damaged part....
Also was told by a reptable person that when FPV were doing testing when they were reving the engine at high speed they were recording the crank spinning with and without underdrives.. The outcome was that at high revs they were slowing the footage down and could see that the crack spun backwards a fraction with the underdrives on and this is why the oil pumps are self destructing...... hope my experience helps you guys out. At the end of the day l am glad that Ford didn't warrenty my engine or we would have not have this information on what the end product looks like and the cause... Cheers Chris |

You have to pull the timing chain cover and remove the crank gears and when doing so not to change the position of the gears on the chain or the timing will be out then your in trouble...... Then the hard part is seperating the oil pump from the pic up as it is not easy as the bolt are pointing towards the sump, wouldn't want them dropping in, once oil pump is off just take the back of the pump and replace the gears with the new ones..... l might have left a few points out but that is all l can remember... |

Well Me and Leo can tell you .. what ever ya do dont drop the bolts into the sump .. not that we did this .. but getting that sump off is a job and a half ..
Would have been a lot easier if there was a hoist .. and ask Leo/ORSM T6 for tips on where not to lay under car when pulling parts off the car LMAO .. What does Coolant taste like again Hahaha Glad ya car is back on the road .. it still sounds unreal .. but without those under drives u going to have to find some more KW's for somewhere to keep up with us now ..
