Hey guys couple questions about the 2.0l pinto engine.
First I've just bolted on new fuel pump an the inlet connection point is 90° different so my fuel line from tank don't reach going to get longer line but until then can I put a small peice on an straight into a coke bottle full of fuel? Will that work also when I get new lines do I need to full them with fuel an the filter, or will it prime it self? With the ign timing I have a aftermarket cam no idea what one , is 8° - 12° advance enough? Could it need more? My fitting in the inlet manifold for the water line has corroded away but it's in so tight I can't get it off to put new one in, any tips? Can I put a breather on the rocker cover instead of the one that has a pipe off it? |
