Default Problem Windscreen Wipers

Hey everyone, well it was pi55ing down the other day and my wipers decided to play silly buggars with me and not work, fun fun...

anyway, im not sure if its the motors or the electronics that operate them as it was an intermitant fault (like they'd stop half way thru a cycle).

what id like to know is where do i find the modual that controls them, i assume its under the steering column somewhere but if someone could point out where it is that would be great.

thnks, bender

Talking Wipers

Sorry mate i hope your not stressing too much is it raining right now.
I know you may have checked is it the nut that bolts the wipers on it may be easy enough to check if the threads on the spindles that locate the wipers it should have a spline perhaps its worn although if both are doing it i might agree with you also once you find the motors check the wiring first sorry if i couldnt help.

bender.Open your bonnet and clean the connectors to your motors.Chances are that too much dirt has gotten in there.
