Those tip N go trailers look good but their website has been disabled, wonder if they are still in business. I'll give them a call, they do trailers up to 3500kg. Will try LDK as well, cheers for the tips.

If you have a bit of an idea what you want in a trailer, you could canvass some engineering places to price a tailor made one, ive built a couple myself over the years and itis nice to have the trailer just the way you want it and suitable for your needs.

I looked at Australian made trailers at length a while back. Like you I was after quality, strength, features, ease of use, lasted more than a couple of years before rusting etc. etc. Never really found anything I liked that didn't cost a bomb (overpriced).

The unfortunate thing is you look at trailers (transporters) that are made in the UK and Germany and they leave what we have access to here for dead. It's like Australian manufacturers still make the same old design trailers that we've always made and haven't kept up with the rest of the world.

Have a look here for eg.

Or the German made Bockmann's (which I had a look at and the engineering is incredible! - better made than some cars)
