Default Timing chain noise solved

In the process of getting the falcon back on the road (about 10 months now) i had a lovely timing chain noise, i checked all usual suspects guides, tensioner spring not springing out worn sprockets and so on but none fixed the noise, so i took the timing cover off to find the o ring sealing between the block and cover was split letting oil leak into the cover and stopping all the oil pressure getting to the tensioner like it should making the chain noisy. with that down all thats left is save insurance and rego and take the falcon out again, cant wait to bed that 3.7 ratio 4 pinion lsd in.
