Default 2015 Ford Mustang (USA) Brochure

Ford USA have finally uploaded the brochure. It can be found here;

http://www.ford.com/services/assets/...tang&year=2015

It has built-in videos, that play when you view the brochure via the web.

The specs for the 2015 can be found here;

http://www.ford.com/resources/ford/g...g_speclite.pdf

Nice brochures, thanks for sharing. Love the burnout feature, even the ladies will love the simplicity of the push of a button.

Interesting that the 2.3lt Ecoboost has worse fuel economy than the 5lt V8.

Figures are mpg, or 'miles per gallon'...... It's a little tricky looking at the
figures when we use L/100km.

Are you guys reading a different brochure?

Mustang GT 5.0 = 25 hwy mpg
Mustang V6 = 28 hwy mpg
Mustang EcoBoost = 2.3L EcoBoost: 32 hwy mpg

You lot are reading the figures wrong, with MPG, the higher number is better. Its 25 miles per gallon, that equates to 9.05 l/100 for the EcoBoost. V8 is 12.30 l/100...

MPG figures are also based on no burnouts.

Love the fact that the US promote Ford racing parts for enhancements, without voiding the warranty. List up Ford AU

There is no logical reason why it wouldnt be the same here. As a matter of fact I believe Herrods are now the distributor for Ford Racing so thats where people will be going....smart move!

not quite right, the USA uses US gallons which are smaller than UK gallons that we used to use. It works out at

2.3 Auto City 11.2 l/100km Highway 7.3l/100km

5.0 Auto City 14.7l/100km Highway 9.4l l/100km

What's wrong with us, discussing a macho performance car's fuel economy. My chest hairs are going gray.

Most of them do void the warranty, and they also say they're only legal for offroad use because they void the emissions ratings.

Perhaps not in fuel economy, but what about power?

Google conversion is telling me 32MPG (US) = 7.35 litres/100km , which is the quoted hwy economy for the Ecoboost.

I'm expecting some Falcon owners are going to say "I get better economy readings from my old Falcon fully loaded - my Falcon is more economical than a 4 cylinder", etc.
