Hi. Just letting people know that Con Mantzaris passed away the other day, the name wont mean much to a lot of you but he was the person from the victorian hot rod association who got vicroads to start up the "SR" plate scheme, the forerunner to club rego in victoria. A man with a passion and a willingness to help all hot rodders and for that matter anyone who modified a car. RIP Con. MD
