Hi all, just want to know, if, and i'm sure someone has, any drama's with relicensing a car slightly modified (eg 6cyl to 8cyl, suspension, exhaust) from over East (Qld) in Perth , how difficult was it or if you had any drama's i should be aware off??

Hi, you haven't given much details, so just a general comment;
Was your car licenced in QLD with these mods officially registered there? Is the modifications fully according to another factory model, with all the matching parts, or is it a one-off conversion? My impression is that WA DOT can be picky and will not accept to licence a car with mods unless they see an engineering report. Also they are particular that the mods must have been pre-approved before the mods are done. I think the conclusion is that unless your changes has been already engineered and registered in QLD, you will need to have it engineered in WA and bring this documentation with you to WA DOT.
