Hi all,
i am heading over to Australia to visit family for two weeks from the 7th-21st of November and would be keen to meet up with any members who own XD or Xe's? We will be staying in Rosebud in Victoria and the wife and i will be travelling around a bit (possibly up to NSW & ACT) so certainly don't mind the distance. I was hoping to find someone with an original car to take some pic's of (engine bay etc..). They are very thin on the ground in NZ so pretty much never get the chance to take a good look at an unmolested one! I have a 1979 XD Fairmont Ghia 4.9 which is fairly stock but want to get it back to as factory as i can and would love to get some reference pic's to go off. Also,my eldest son has a 1981 XD Falcon GL which again,we want to get back to as close to factory as possible (the old boy who owned it before us has removed/altered many items under the bonnet for god knows what reason!).
