Talking can i put a digital dash into a ea falcon 1990 mpi

hi guys woundering if you can put the digital dash into a ea falcon and if so what sensors would you have to change to do so also how much should i pay for a ea trip computer :

u can do this without adding any sensors all depending on if u want that open door display to work or not. You will need to completely rewire the new looms into the exsisting loom. Not a very fun job as i did it on my EB... no problems

you didnt do a basik wire diagram by any chance or no were one can get one from???

so to get the doors to work you need another sensor and what about the ks do you just get whats on the dash or do you get the same????

If you want the open door display, you need sensors for all 4 doors, the boot, and the fuel door. The EA Fairmont Ghia came with the digital dash, so I haven't had to install one, meaning I won't be able to help much with the technical stuff.

I reckon it should be possible, despite the Ghia not coming out with CFI. You would probably need to take out all the lights for the open door display if you don't fit the sensors, because the dash lights would drive you insane otherwise. When I briefly unplugged the sensor for my fuel door a while ago (I replaced the fuel door), the fuel door light just flashed on and off continuously. I'm guessing the others would do the same.
