how can you tell if injectors need cleaning.ive been told to every now and then to put a bottle of nulon injector cleaner to a tank of high octane fuel . thanks

Generally: the car will run like ****.
Check your filter and pump first though, they're far more likely to cause problems than your injectors (and they're cheaper).
