Default Timeline Question

Is it just me or do others see the timeline of threads in reverse ?

So frustrating this template as you have to go the the last page and scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the OPENING Thread !
Then you have to work your way up the page and backwards !
Why ??

go to Display Modes top right and in the drop down choose linear mode.

The linear mode didn't seem to do anything, so I tried Hybrid and seems to cure it.
Thanks for the tip mate. I would have been pulling my hair out browsing this way.
