Default How to change springs & dampers on an EB2 sedan?

Need to do this job on my car shortly, does anyone have a link for a 'how to', or can anyone be bothered to tap out a quick step-by-step version for me? Will I need any special tools?

Thanks in advance,
Alex

I definitely will be doing, just at the moment it's behind other stuff on the priority list. Got to pay doctor, dentist, rent, electricity, get a fridge, washing machine... the list goes on. No fun trying to set up a new life on temp wages :(
