Default where is the starter relay?

i am tying to find the starter relay on an EL Fairmont 6. I have located a row of what appears to be relays to the left of the coolant resorvoir tank (egg crate shaped thing), and am wondering if the one labeled 'ignition' is the starer relay. These relays seem a litte small to carry the high currents for the starter motor, so i thought the actual starter relay may be located elsewhere? Also, kinda behind/underneath the coolant resorvoir there appear to be rectangular shaped objects with wires hanging out from them.. are one of these the starter relay? if so.. how do i remove/check these? any help appreciated

I thought the relays live under the coolant resorvoir tank (egg crate shaped thing).

Id not which one is the starter relay, whats the need to replace it.
