Well my time in the hot chair of an E series has finally come to a close.
After my 1.5 year love hate relationship with my EB, i finally upgraded. Picked up an 01 AU2 Forte on Ded Gas with 112000 km for $13500. Have been stoked thus far, so much so i havent posted til now. : Ill pop some picks up when i get a chance.

could have got a e-gas BA for that money. Nice upgrade though, i bet it's a fair bit smoother than a clunky old EB.
Good luck with it. |

Hmmm, it's possible you *might* have been able to get a BA E-gas for that much but I doubt it. They are still going for 16-17k at auctions....every dumbass there jumps on the bandwagon just cause they're on gas and they pay 5k more than a petrol one!
I'd say you maybe paid a little bit too much for it considering I saw a black AU Fairlane for $14990 yesterday, but hey, as long as your happy |

Very nice, hope you enjoy it
Although I would have agreed with the 'not much more for a BA' club, the later AU's are decent cars. On the topic of new cars, I've just bought my first E series, '94 EF Futura |
