Hi all
Well, tucky's, foxy's and MNM's will be leaving Rocky tomorrow (Friday)morning at sparrow fart (3am) for the trip to Brisvegas for the motor show on Saturday. (picking up 747FLI on the way) We have emptied all our money boxes and are planning on a feed and session at the Treasury on Friday night. If any one want's to catch up, give one of us a call. Will try to see you off on Sunday morning for your club run - sorry we will not have the time to come with you all, isn't it a crime when work interferes with fun. :

Well, I had to work today but will be catching up with the crew in Brisbane over the weekend. I did however head out to the freeway and caught up with the Tucky's the Fox's and the MNM's as they were coming down the Bruce and we met up at the Mobil just south of the Caloundra turnoff. Here are a few car shots of them pulling in and parked up! py:

I've decided Dave that you really must mayor and Don Aldous is just a cover. You never seem to be at work or doing any(always on Ford Forums during the day) but hey that is how Caloundra works isn't it - very casual.

Hi CQ'ers
I hope you enjoy the trip down to Brissie becourse when you get to the motorshow you will properly think " did I drive all that way for this ? " This years motorshow is even more disappointing than last year. Sure you can look at the new Turbo Territory spinning around on a disc and a couple of new Ford colours. You can also look at the Holden concept car and a few expensive cars but it's all over in less than an hour. I don't know if anyone out there share my view, but I think the motorshow is on a downhill slide every year. Back at the RNA it was big but outdoor. Now it's indoor but small. When they first started at the convention centre, the hallway outside was jam packed with accessories like stereos, wheels etc etc. Now there are hardly anything out there any more. This year is special becourse we are after the Melbourne show, next year we are back to normal wich mean that we will have another dull show, and then only 4 weeks later Ford and Holden will show their latest stuff in Melbourne. We would not have seen the Turbo Territory here if we were before the Melbourne show, and come next year the car would have been on the marked for at least 6 mth. Just look at the Falcon 300+, when they showed it in Melbourne our show was 11 mth. away and by then the project was dead and we never got to see it. Enough of me blabbering on, hope you CQ'ers and others have a good time at the motorshow, and hope you have time to come and see us off on our club run Sunday morning. It's a shame we are heading in the wrong direction. Cheers Per |

I am not particularly overjoyed with the Hawk Wing, but it does look better. I will be looking for a T Series wing to replace it. The photo Dave snapped does the car some justice however, because the rear bumper has just been repaired and still needs to be repainted. Looks good at a distance but!

Hi All,
Arrived safely after a late start (did I mention the love) and a leisurely run down the highway, catching up with SAMOC (747-FLI). We dolled up and headed out to the Casino for a feed and a bit of a splurge, accompanied by Son of Tucky and his Good Lady. Had a top night. Saturday saw us all seperating to catch up with family before meeting up for a round of the motorshow. Caught up with Black Panther and His Lady, SAMOC, Son of Tucky and The lovely Wyn. A nice wander around the complex, looking at not much, punctuated by the odd :baby bott or two before heading back to the Motel for drinks and a nice meal. Today should find us popping down to the Hyperdome to see a few friends off on a journey, before a walk about the markets @ South Bank. From there we will meet Son of Tucky and he will head north for a drive in convoy with us (Bloody Clubsport ) to Sexy Coffee perhaps for a Cuppa. What a Great weekend we have had! PS Carn the Cowboys :

Had a great weekend catching up with the Old Man and Betty, MNM's and the Foxes. Top night at the Casino and the family enjoyed the day at the Motor Show (although as Per mentioned, it wasn't as good as past years).
Enjoyed the cruise up the coast to Maryborough with ya's, hope it wasn't too embarrassing having the two vehicles from the dark side tag along :ymca: Cya's again at Willowbank: |

Son
Was great having you with us, now you know how I used to feel as part of your HSV runs - great actually. Can't however get the picture out of my head of my son looking like "Dicky Knee" though. See you for Willowbank if not before. Dad
