Angry Car owners worst nightmare

No matter how hard one tries to avoid this, sooner or later we will need to leave our car parked in a public place, unattended and at the mercy of other motorists:

Well the sign on the place on the left says bingo so maybe 2 bottles of red may not have hit the spot so drunk logic makes dumb decisions like driving to the pub is faster. The next day hindsight will probably kick in when they have a driving ban and insurance won't cover the damage.

No biggie - it's just what you expect when living in a city. Annual visit to the local PDR guy fixes all

Wow, I can't believe someone can drive/park that badly.

Then I read the comments and had a double wow.. that's one corker of a comment.

How someone can use a ****ty driver as means to say "they" shouldn't expect equal pay, conditions and a shot at running the country beats me. If that were the case I know a whole bunch of men who should also be denied all those things!

I'm not quite that anal but I always look for the "best" park which drives my missus nuts as it's usually the furthest away from the shops.

It's partly the fault of driving instructors and the licencing system.

Don't know if its changed, but when I learnt to drive and went for my licence (in Victoria), the instructors concentrated on reverse parallel parking between two cars (poles) against a kerb.

Very little time was spent learning to manoeuvre between cars in angle parking spots.

Then when you went to get your licence, the parking test you needed to pass was only parallel parking between two poles, and to pass your wheels needed to be within a certain number of inches from the kerb.

They assumed if you could parallel park okay, then angle parking would be a breeze.

Country motel I've been staying at while I'm working here has 17 rooms with one way traffic, nose to kerb parking outside each room but each afternoon when I come back I can not believe that there is usually 5 or 6 rooms where they have parked long ways, 90deg or back in facing the wrong way.
Poor owner has given up explaining to clients how to park their cars without stuffing up everyone else's departure in the morning.
Luckily I can park my truck behind the room away from these travelling clowns.

Funny how the ACT drivers seem to be the worst.

You would have to make the assumption ......... that woman has no licence , because she clearly has zero parking skills .

My driving test I had to parallel park up a hill, between two cars, in reverse, in a manual car.

Presumably they don't bother about angle parking because it should be bloody obvious.

I have a pretty good view from my office looking down to the carparks below and I reckon I could make a DVD of all the stupid **** I have seen.

I have seen people who can't put a small car in a space that trucks do easily.

The funniest ones are those that take 5 minutes to try to reverse park into a spot when there is only one car in front and nothing behind

Some ******** reversed into my car so hard it pushed it a foot or two off the mark and it ended up being in the shop for two weeks to fix it
