Default 2013 fiesta petrol, manual

a guy asked me to look ar his festiva..
he parked it the other nite, went to start it today.... nothing happens what so ever.
battery and terminals are in perfect condition, i checked all fuses , all good.

engine will not turn over
no dash lights
central locking doesnt work
no headlights
no interior light
i checked power coming of cables from positive distribution block on pos batt terminal. power there.
theres no clicks no nothing.
even tried jumper leads still nothing.
i was thinking ign switch, but that wouldnt stop interior light, headlights etc working.
only possible thing ? fried bcm ?

Not going to be BCM as it won't stop the engine from starting. Have a look at the diagrams HERE with particular attention to the MEGA2 relays in the High Current BJB.
