and as for your link and they ask for the vin #, should also be asking is your motor still as per OE or if modded please advise imo. Very open advertising.

IMO any decent mechanic checks plug gaps before fitting but thats me but I know donkeys are convinced whats in the pack is gapped correctly.

Its amazing how many plugs are dropped on the way to the counter or just not gapped properly ....not so bad these days .....agree with the decent mechanic comment above

For years ive serviced my plugs filed and regapped always amazed me how workshops bin them and chuck new ones in ...guess its the labour costs ,doesnt hurt to pull the iridiums and give them a gentle clean and re-gap , at 100,000km you usually cant see the electrode for carbon

And that's why I change them often, so they don't become 'attached' to the motor. It is a pia but I have made up a plug removal tool out of a few different ratchet sets which helps with the tight spots. The stock headers have one pia location, the other seven are simple. I believe the Pacemaker also create the same issue, one pia, the rest easier or is this sales talk to encourage me to purchase? My intentions are to s/c so I may use the long tube model which may be easier access. Are the stock headers that bad?
