Was doing some searching for bits online the other night and uncovered this little gem.
Go to the O'Reilly auto parts website https://www.oreillyauto.com/ and do a search on their site for 121G....

Some of the nano coatings available now can make a self drying jacket - although technically it's more hydrophobic, rather than self-drying as such.
