Default Blue LED dash in NL fairlane

sorry if this has been posted before or a link about it posted before but i was wanting to do this conversion and just wanted to know of anyones experance with the conversion. also where can you get the parts required for it in qld?

any tips would be appriciated

Fordmods is the place for this. They use to have a tutorial regarding this, and they aslo sell premade LED's iirc.

I was to the understanding that Fordmods no longer exists?? correct me if im wrong.

No, www.fordmods.com i do believe is still going. They did have a server meltdown a while back though.

Freight for these pieces will be next to nothing.

Fordmods came back online about a week after it went down.

As far as i am aware you have 3 options.

1) Make the LED's yourself (what most people do and is most effective)

2) Covers over the globes (sometimes works but ends up dimming the cluster)

3) (This is a new one ive heard of), put blue cellophane over the parts where the light shines thru.

Im yet to see any pics of the results of number 3, but seeing as it is relatively easy i will probably try it myself.
