Made in America. Not available in America. lol. Fearing that it would cannibalize sales of the Aviator Grand Touring I guess, but they are for different customers.

As cool as Explorer is, I just know that we'll never see it here, the best we can hope for
is a better 3-row Endura that's not a hatchback and has a 2.0 EB engine option.

and FNA should be getting Ford AP to do all the RHDs for our Region as a batch project, I think
that's the only way to get the expertise and efficiency of engineering to make all of this work
The yanks and Ford Europe are certainly not up to the Job of doing "specials" for our regions

Ford normally does that with new Lincolns and Ford models for the first 12 months.
I'm betting that you'll see it as an option on Titanium or Sport next year some time.
Hearing that Police Interceptors will be mostly 3.3 V6 Hybrids, GM and FCA can't touch Ford
in LEVs this year, if Explorer is massive hit, they may need an overflow plant, maybe Oakville.

I had a thought that maybe they want to announce it for the 2020 Expedition first also.

Now that would be a nice addition and on a vehicle that could carry the premium.

I'm actually liking the Idea of PHEVs lately.

I'd replace my Grand with a 444HP Explorer. So I guess I won't be replacing it any time soon.

I'm generally really anti-SUV but I do quite like the Ford Explorer, it looks tough.
