Or my local drive-in. Flip a coin as to which car I watch it with.
Looking forward to seeing it.

Well, the movie's based in 1966 so I reckon the MKI Cortina's a good choice Nice collection BTW.

Watched a bit of the trailer last night, there will no doubt be some Trump'esque moments but overall it should be OK.
Hard to make car movies appeal to the masses, if they stay true then its a good movie and that will bring people and the accolades.

This is on the must see list, best part it looks like there's no romantic links in it, always spoils a good movie unless they get their kit off.

It looks like the movie will feature driver Ken Miles, which will make it interesting for me, as I am old enough to have been following the US sports car scene in the 1960s, and Ken was I believe the largely unrecognised test and development driver for Carroll Shelby and Ford. He was a co-driver in the winning GT40s at Daytona 24hr and Sebring 12hr as well as being on the Le Mans team. But we only hear about AJ Foyt and Dan Gurney. As long as the movie stays reasonably true to history, it should be a good one. Count me in.
Just as a reminder of these beautiful cars, this link to my album of GT40s I have got up close to (I have posted this before on the forum if it looks familiar). https://photos.app.goo.gl/4YTMsFbBB09B0THy2 Cheers.

Another great American film about big corporate going on a mission to crush the little guy (at the time). Will be full of Trumpism's no doubt but at least it's not another war film

Ferrari is a big Corporation. Just like Ford. But at different ends of the Car Spectrum. Ferrari is for the Rich and famous. Ford is for the masses. This Film is about The Clash of The Titans. Just like the Steve McQueen Movie Le Mans. |

Yeah but I want to see it at the drive-ins.
Download it, stick up a projection screen with the barn doors open in the driveway maybe. I could buy some really bad choc top ice cream and orange juice too !
