i am in a club here in geelong, its called the FPV and XR club of geelong, it has a committee and i would presume is registered and has permission to use the ford and fpv logo and name in their club merchandise and title. It is a not for profit club, it has now membership fees etc etc

I think it would be prudent that they actually registered the club name, I gather both Ford and FPV have authorised use of its name and what does the logo entail?
