I have a Focus ST 2013 and want to get the SYNC feature working. I logged into My Ford Profile (ford.com.au) and it is telling me that my software is the latest, but I am guessing it is the latest in Australia not for the actual unit. Gen1EU – 13A_LB12 is my current version.
When scrolling through the SYNC settings it has all the options to use SYNC but the SYNC file is not installed in the unit and it is telling me to insert a USB with the file on it so it can install it. Why call it a SYNC unit when it does not :/ It is a Gen 1 and seems to run EU software. Anyone know where I can get the software download for my unit from OS? |
