2006 Ford Focus Zetec 2.0L Duratec-HE. Which Spark Plugs?

As the title says looking to find correct spark plugs.
In a previous thread got told that Ford specify AGSF 22 FP and that equivalents are ok. However couldnt find anything on these plug, like if they are platinum or iridum. And my car didnt have a owners manual so cant even consult that (which it what I would be doing)
So just need some straight answers, links or even brand and part numbers.

I presume that's an LS Focus in which case we have the complete workshop manual in the Tech Portal.

The original plugs were platinum iridium plugs in AU, I believe, but you could use any of these:

Bosch FYE 19528 or HGR8DQI
NGK ITR6513
AC-Delco 41810

I have the ITR6F13 in mine and no problems. I have had a good run in all cars with the iridium plugs

It is an LS Focus. And thank you for the info.
Looking at the Bosch plugs, would i still need to gap them? Cause it looks like they got a funky end on them.
