I have only seen that colour with the white stripes and that looks great. Cant comment on any other colour. Dont you hate trying to make tricky decisions like that?

HI JASE
IV'E BEEN SIGNWRITING , DESIGNING & FITTING VEHICLE GRAPHICS FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS NOW. GO FOR WHITE IF U WANT A REALLY LOUD CONTRAST, BLACK IF U WANT THE TUFF LOOK , & SILVER IF YOU WANT A CLASSY LOOK. IF U HAVE BLACK RIMS DEFINATELY GO BLACK STRIPES, IF U HAVE SILVER RIMS SILVER STRIPES WILL MAKE THE LOOK OF YOUR XR6 FLOW TOGETHER. U NEED THE STRIPES TO LOOK PART OF THE OVERALL DESIGN CONCEPT & FIT TOGETHER TO COMPLIMENT OTHER COLOURS ALREADY ON THE CAR , U DON'T WANT THEM TO LOOK LIKE AN AFTERTHOUGHT!
HOPE THIS HELPS U CAN EMAIL ME A PHOTO OF YOUR XR6 @ WORK jcsignco@acenet.net.au AND I CAN SEND BACK 3 LAYOUTS WITH EA. COLOUR STRIPE SO YOU HAVE AN IDEA OF THE OUTCOME OF YOUR DECISION CHEERS NIKKI

The hot pink was for the wicked stepmother. I like bionic with fantasy stripes. But I like understated like my adorable husband and his rapid and phantom gt.

Understated????????

That was not what you were saying on the weekend. The GT looks great though.

I would go the black stripes, just my opinion.

Hey Jason

What do you reckon about a Menace ute.... now that is understated don't you think....

Yes the GT is a little.... traditional is a good word, but the ute is pretty funky!

Cheers, Tori :newangel:

Just for the record Gecko is not ready for any adventures or advantures, Thank you very much. :

I like contrasts and Lynton loves bright and original hence The Gecko.... The GT is understated but that is more about me than Lynton he is slowly funking her up little by little though.

As for the bionic (back on topic) I do like the pink stripes but in the real world would probably be boring and go black... sleep:

I Dont think Black Stripes are boring i think it is more of a "classic" look especially on your GT Tori/Lynton, I think the Black and Silver really says "Muscle Car" ...
Goes back and sits in her rocking chair with a blanket over her knee mumbling "You young'uns with ya flash colours" lol

Ok now young Coyote if we are going to pull people up and for their spelling mistakes then we should have our own house in order.

"i" when used to describe yourself should be in upper case.

"tori" is a name therefore it should be spelt Tori.

"rox" I can't seem to find this word in the Macquarie Dictionary, the established dictionary of Australian English. I would imagine that you misspelled "rocks".

Happy spelling,

Ken

I vote Ken to be the teacher (educator) to all these young ones on each cruise or event.. Just one lesson per event each and they all may learn something (beats what they are learning in their own schools I am sure)...

I am so impressed that one comment from Ken and the boy corrected himself.. fantastic.. give yourself a pat on the back oh masterful Ken

No problem at all Tori. I am glad I to be of assistance :Reverend: .....

As to the Stripes on Bionic I think you should leave the stripes off and go for a nice set of black rims.... Just looking at the Pic of the F6 on P1. I get the impression that the car is a Thoroughbred. It has a very smooth and long athletic appearance and looks ready to race. I think stripes would make it look cluttered

Here's a description of the Thoroughbred horse, I think the description can be slightly adjusted to suit the XR6/F6

Most Thoroughbreds are 15 to 16.2 hands and weigh 900 to 1200 lbs. Everything about them is long: long, smooth muscles, long forearms, long, sloping shoulders, long loins, long legs. They are the greyhounds of the horse world and should look athletic.
