Editing Signature Issue

Good afternoon... i keep getting invalid file when i try to remove something from my sig and saving it ?


Also my name isn't purple so i guess it might be a permissions thing ??

When you edit your signature, there is a field down below in the box "Signature Picture" that is partially filled in where you can upload a picture. Remove the data that is pre-filled, which is "https://www." and you can save your changes.

The purple name issue is fixed.

I actually want to delete a few lines from my sig but it wont let me preview or delete just says invalid file ?

Hey Darren, it won’t let you preview or delete until you remove the extra text below the signature editing area. I’ve screen shot it from my mobile so I could highlight the text you have to clear.
