I tried to register on the FORSCAN website. Right at the bottom of the registration page it asks for an "invitation code" and states below it "Access to forum is only available for paid members." Trying to submit the registration form without this "invitation code" gets the refusal/message "You have entered incorrect invitation code."
The FAQ section says to contact admin/support about difficulties registering. However, there is no link anywhere I can find with details about contacting admin/support. Trying to do so unregistered just pops up the screen to sign in first.... I then found how to buy an extended licence for FORSCAN. I assumed this would qualify me as a paid member and give me a code. Wrong...! I paid, got a code which activated the software to extended version successfully, then went back to registration, entered this code, only to be told "You have entered incorrect invitation code." So it seems there is another layer of paying to get an "invitation code". Can anyone help me with how to get this invitation code so I can register on the forum? Or how to contact the ADMIN/SUPPORT so they can explain it to me? |

I'm fairly certain that there may be problems due to sanctions against Russia.
