hi everyone
have some questions some of you might know some of the younger generations wanting the newest of everything and not want to deal with inconveniences, was wondering why some of the younger generations want new homes in the best area where as past generations were happy to add things to their house as they could afford to and deal with inconveniences. one of the reasons that am able to think of is that younger generations dont generally like dealing with inconveniences and wernt taught to wait and as an example dont want to deal with circuit breakers constantly tripping if too many things are on at once or having to turn off a aircon so something else can be used or not being able to use washing machine at same time as something else is going and deal with it until they can afford to get someone out to add more circuit breakers. another reason might be that they want everything straight away in the house and not deal with inconveniences until they can afford it. do also understand past generations would be happy to renovate bit by bit as they can afford to and do the kitchen, then bathroom, then this, then that and get more circuit breakers added where as younger ones want all that now. would all that be about right, obviously new houses would have the kitchen and laundry on their own circuit breakers and minimum of 2 for rest of power points and that the newer the house the more likely its wired like that from factory. if it is true that younger generations want it all now and everything way they want from start in house what age range would be the start. |
