Default aAfew niggling Mondeo Titanium problems

I have recently acquired a 2018 MD Mondeo Titanium. The Owner's Handbook says that the external rear view mirrors can be set to dip when the vehicle is put into reverse. I have followed the instructions (faithfully, I believe) but the mirror (you can only select the right or the left) refuses to dip when reverse is selected. However, after I park and lock the car, the left hand mirror now dips, and will not return to normal driving mode unless I select it and press the memory button on the door. Then, as soon as I lock the car again, it dips. Anyone any idea how I can correct this?

Also, how can I discover whether my vehicle has tyre pressure monitoring? I gather some Titaniums do and some don't.

The vehicle has come with the bottom of the keyfob missing (the bit you can pull down to get at the physical key). Is it possible to buy just another case shell or do I have to buy a whole new key assembly? No idea of the code either as this wasn't supplied and has not been forthcoming despite requests to the (Toyota) dealer from whom I purchased the car.
