Well, just watched 10 news and it's going to be announced on Wednesday, and its looking pretty dodgy when the Stkilda players arent commenting on if they heard it or not.

They also said that the time keeper DID press the button when the dockers thought they had victory, as was packing up and then walked down then realised game was continuing so ran back to press it again...or something like that?

of course the players are not saying anything. The AFL is stuffed either way. If they reverse it then the umps are undermined, if they leave it the AFL look like tools.

Either way its pretty funny when you think about it, I bet the PA system got an overall pretty quickly...lol

certainly this whole thing has highlighted and area for improvement.

Heard on the radio this morning that the number of siren at the oval in question is going to be upgraded from 2 to 12.....that should do it. They might be able to hear the siren in Antartica.

I picked 7 this week. If Freo had got up it would have been 6.

I liked the statement last night on Fox Footy, "I'm glad it didn't happen at Subiaco". 35,000 irate Dockers fans would have destroyed the place

Fremantle Win!

AFL just gave the four points to the Dockers, pretty amazing decision.

Now we dont get to see the riots that would of ensued if Freo had missed out on making the finals by 2 points to the EAGLES. :gren:

My question now is,

What happends to the people who recieved money from the TAB for the draw do they still get to keep it?, and now what heppends for the people who tipped Freo to win??

Will they also be awarded there prize money?

This is one BIG BIG stuff up by the TAB paying out prizes early without the AFL's decision on the result of the game.

Just heard on the radio that the TAB wont be paying Freo fans for the Win.

Punters can take the matter further, seeking leagle action.

TAB paid out on the draw so fast because it made them money ;)
