one of the most anticipated boxing bouts in australian history has just been given a timeslot.
who wants to watch anthony "the mouth" mundine be given a boxing lesson by danny green? :jab: april 19th is the date, and from memory, it'll be at stadium australia in moore park, sydney, nsw being a west aussie at heart, im looking forward to seeing mundine being given the punishment he's been trying to avoid for these last few years. |

Will be a very interesting fight.
Mundine has the speed and power, Green has slight less power but far more technical prowess, and he's fitter, green could last more rounds imo than mundine. Must be curious as to what he's (mundine's) thinking. He shoots off the can beat green, Green says ok, lets have a friendly match, mundine says nah your not in my league etc etc. They kinda cross paths now and again, mundine doing more talking green just going "meh, i'm here if you want me". Now mundine got no choice :thebirds: Soon as it comes available i'ma gettin it on foxtel, havin the boys over for some beers and pizza, then watch mundine get knocked the ИИИИИ out. |

I reckon Mr Mundine will beat Mr Green
But it'll be close. It'll go at least 5 rounds If Anthony loses it'll be interesting to see what kind of excuses he makes for it.

i personally like Mundine.
i love the way he thinks he is unbeatable, sure he talks alot of ИИИИ, but it takes alot of courage to talk that ИИИИ. its all a show for the camera's. If mundine wasnt talking himself and boxing up, no-one would care about Danny Green, most people wouldnt even know who he was. Mundine has put Australian Boxing back in the fans mouths. you either love him or hate him. I think, personalities aside, it will be a good close fight, and REALISTICALLY could go either way. Both mundine and green have good skills, both are very different fighters. and both will provide a good show......

Well I think Green has the staying power and ability....however if the mouth gets a couple of good ones in it could slow Green down.
That said I have my money on GREEN.

i was in tears when the press conference was on bout this, mundine was sitting there mouthing off " im gonna beat green" green just sat there didnt get fired up and said "by all means mundine should beat me, im only a carpenter by trade".
