Question Recently Purchased Mk I V6 GT Capri

Hi everyone,

I live in Adelaide SA and recently purchased a Mk I V6 Capri. Firstly, I was wondering whether there is a Capri Club in SA (Adelaide).

Secondly, while the car is in pretty good nik there are a few things I need to fix, primarily work needs to be done on the gearbox, and I have a similar problem to the bloke who had 'soft' brakes. Does anyone know of anyone in Adelaide who specialises in fixing/restoring V6 Capri's?

Thanks,

G'day Tonsta,

The Cortina-Capri Car Club of SA is probably what you're looking for. They can be found on the 'net at www.mcsa.com.au/cccc

As for spares or specialists in SA, best check with them.

You can get some valuable background information on Capri's at our website at www.capricarclub.org.au We are based in Melbourne however.

Enjoy your Capri

Regards, Terry
