Default Map Sensor

can u just change a MAP sensor over just one for another or is their something that has to be done for the computer to done something for it ?

.. underload blowin a fair bit of unburnt fuel and power just doesn't feel right ...
and fuel eco is not wot it normal is ..

is it CFI or MPFI?

if so thay are diffrent cfi is A1A and MPFI is A2A

the map sensor is located on the fire wall above the rear of the inlet manifold,it is black and has some wires and a hose connected to it.

Yep, I changed my EA MPI sensor (which was working fine) for a late EL duel fuel one and it made no difference as expected.
