my car is going in sometime this week or next to get a flash tune by autotech.
i want to put on a cai before i get it done. at the moment it doesnt have a tickford snorkel(maybe because its a AUI XR8) i do have a blitz stainless filter at home and a apexi power intake as well . i just not sure what the best set up to use. i have seen the a few on the aufalcon site as well. any feed back would be great. |

Can't go wrong with this one from G&D Performance not only looks good but guarenteed extra kw's and the throttle responce and induction noise is awesome. when i spoke to spiro he said to get a ba gt/xr8 set up with a bmc/k&n pod with a second intake pipe for it.

I installed this to mine, but only the deflector mounted behind the grille. If you have a T, you only need the deflector. Cost me $20, and you do notice it. In fuel and response.

i got the parts list out of the workshop artical for the gt intake. just want to know what this is BPT Adapter Tube to Airbox $50 |

ok.
but that xr6t snorkel, is like 35 bucks or something at ford, and you could knock up a little metal deflector yourself if you really wanted to :P

ah ok ill order the turbo snorkle while im there. if anyone is intrested in a deflector i can knock up a few at the workshop if i have some spare time.
does any one know anywhere round liverpool bankstown where i can get a bmc filter |
