Is this the rear spoiler you're talking about

If so it's a Wings West kit from the US. You can get them in Australia from Unreal Autosport who are the official distributors for Wings West in Australia. The guys are located in Sydney. Link

In fact that's here I got my Wings West front lip from and the staff are very helpful.

Hope that help you.

The Wings wests kits are made for the US focus and are sooooo UGLY...!!

These guys at power engineering managed to get a hold of a real one i think.. i think its the hottest focus ever!!

They just sold it to the Cannonball run!!

which is coming to Australia in May (The event.. dunno bout the focus..:P)!!!

the two Foci pictured here are different, one the US spec (check out the huge *** bumper) the other the Euro spec. We have the Euro spec here, so I would check out the mounting points for any body kits first hand too, you dont want to get something dropped here from the US for $$$$ only to find you cant use it.

That wing would look stupid on a street car.
I'd save your money and spend it on some engine mods in stead of that great big air break.

US body kits dont bolt onto our cars here. Different mounting points. But someone who knows a bit about kits and body work would be able to modify the kit so it fits. The wing on its own would look totally crap. You need the whole lot, that power engineering one is frigging awsome
