Default injectors and pressure reg

Ive just got a bbm inletmanifold for my eb and along with that i got a injector rail, injectors, pressure reg and throttle body. (not too bad for $50 if ya ask me) but anywho. what i want to know is is there and diff with the flow of the injectors, pressure of the press reg, and size of the tb to that of my eb's if so should i swap bit for the higher rated ones or stick with what fords proved to work with that manifold.
