Default New Guy with some questions

Hey this is my first post in the forum so before i ask my question ill tell ya a little bit about my car. Its a AUII XR8 Ute 5 speed in Sillouette Black. Its been lowered about 40-45mm and has a colour coded hardtop. It also runs extractors and 2.5" exhaust. Now to my Question. I recently installed a pioneer mp3 unit and took out my 6 stacker CD player. Thing is, I want to sell it but dont have the PIN code. Where do I find this? Also, how much you think i could get for it on Ebay? Thanks alot!
Scotty

look in your handbook, thats where mine was... twice!

or you can try and ring 13 FORD, but your best off going to your dealer. Some will do it for free, others will charge you. They just look it up on the computer.

Check on the inside lid of of your center console, down the bottom on the hindge.
I found mine there after going to ford and getting the number, couldn't believe it.

Cheers

Only 1 problem with selling these units ( for the buyer ) . If they loose the code after buying it , then its a chuckaway , as ford will not give the buyer the code unless they supply the VIN # of the car it came out of .

IMO , i'de hold onto it and put it back in the car when/if you ever sell it, or hold onto it a little longer before selling it , these radios are getting more expensive all the time, and cost an arm and a leg to replace from ford.
