I just wanted to know whats the most power to ever come out of an e-series I6 engine ?

NA or turbo/forced induction?

NA is around 220+rwkw for the saloon cars that race, forced induction is over 400rwkw for the JMM turboed dyno queen EF.

i don't think those saloon cars have that much power... they only got like 220hp at the engine or something i thought..

maybe 220hp atw...

yeah the saloon cars only make 175kw or somethin there was a write up in street fords a couple opf months ago.

You will find most saloon cars will strugle to put out more than 165 GENUINE rwkw.

yeah.. it's really not a high amount... i think my mechanic knows a guy who does the heads... i was gunna get mine done.. but they really don't modify much.. and power is not real high...

i think speed way cars would be the highest power 4.0's, but getting first hand information is pretty hard, not to mention the fact they use different fuel and carbs to get it.

my saloon car puts out a genuine 226 hp atw, i dont know whether that helps or hinders your arguement

my belief was that they could not modify the heads at all and the run carby's. so they would not be that powerful.

saloon cars don't modify heads, but they are injected.
speedway cars are generally carby fed.

Yeah, the simple way to work it out is devid by 4 then multiply by 3, or the other way around if going from kw to hp.

226 hp / 4 x 3 = 169.5 kw
