Default A nite of mini spool

a hoy hoy, last nite me and danoes put a mini spool in the EL... took a fair bit of work to get in, but drove out abuot 2 hours later with locked diff..

took us 10 minutes to get pulled over.. managed to talk my way out of.. roads were slippery!!! it was an accident.. really.. 8-)

Today i had to get 2 new axles put in, becoz studs were ****ed from wheel capped wheel nuts not bein long enuf to reach wheels, and workin themselves loose.. an bein crossthreaded on in the first place.. argh, not by me by the way.. and new ABS sensors.. jeez it was a helluva nite, but its sooo much fun now, overall MINISPOOL = worth it!! I THINK

yeah its easy to do - undo the shock bolts and watts link and drop the diff down to give yourself some space, take the diff cover off, undo the bolts and lever the diff canter out, disassemble, ditch side gears, fit spool, reassemble... even if you take your time it should take less than 4 hours...

(psst! that was kinda my point!) I think the last time i did anything with a BW centre I was 1 1/2 hours from open to refilled.... I didn't need to undo any suspension tho

ah my mistake...its hard to convey sarcasm through text :S maybe you dont need to undo the shocks if you dont have a towbar..my car has one and the bracing takes up a lot of space under there :S
