Default Why would you? Early series E wheels on later E series

Now I would say EA wheels on an EF but they are probably EB wheels on an EFII then I would get flamed as I was wrong.

Let you guys decide they are what on what

But isn't that mod going backwards? Love his add heading "nice car mate" : : : :

lol i reckon it doesnt look all that bad, though there are better choices than those for an ef. But hey, if thats what the owner likes id say keep it.

Judging by what engine it has he has gone backwards with that too !

4.1 litre .. :

I also agree, they don't look the part on an EF though no offense to anyone as they dont exactly look crap.

But it was confusing at first and if you think wheels sticking out of the guards is impressing then you would love my car. my slotters (front) stick about 2 inches out and the rear about 2-3inches.

i believe that 12 slotters, ea, and impressive should never be used in the same sentence.

Way to make me spitt out my coffee...

I know I hate them they just sit on my car until I can get some new tyres for the crummy 14" stockies(I want 15")or until I can buy some turbo blades which I am aware are 15" the missuis mum has a pair of 16" rims that I want(there the only ones in newcastle) I cant remember what there called buy they are plain silver not chrome andthere a ***** to clean(8 spokes that go split into 2 on each spoke right near the end i'll take a photo)

Any one selling turbo blades, 15" stockies, or 16"rims that fit e-series preferably with decent rubber??

yeah im glad you seen it as a joke as it was more of a joke than a payout.. i think that the s pack wheels and the turbo blades are to good looking wheel designs just they need to be bigger

I've seen a fair few EF/ELs with turboblades. I don't mind them so much on a GLi / Futura, because they're far better than stockies (I know I'll be flamed for saying that), but they're just not right on that Fairmont.

There is an EF around the corner with steel XF S pack wheels.

It looks shocking..

IMO I'd never go backward.

Makes the car look alot older than it really is i think, but i spose its up to the owner to choose wheels for his/her car.

Maybe someone should create a ebay thread where, we can all just dump some nice links in of ebay things for sale.!!!lol

Otherwise, the car might be a drifter, and 18"s are too expensive to fry.
